On Saturday, August 31st, the CCNY Esports Team competed in a Valorant tournament at OS NYC, one of the city’s fastest-growing gaming hubs, facing off against five other CUNY schools.
We’re thrilled to announce that after intense matches against teams from Hostos, John Jay, Baruch, Hunter, and Brooklyn College, the City College Beavers emerged victorious in the Grand Finals! Brooklyn College put up a great fight, making this rematch with City College a truly memorable event.
Over 70 club members and their guests from all six schools attended the event, which was also streamed live on our Twitch channel @CCNYEsports, garnering more than 2,000 views.
